During our long hot summers, visits to the beach or local swimming pool are
de rigeur.  Usually 1, often 2, even 3 times a day - there's a constant
shuttle on the weekends and summer holidays and before/after school/work

Again, check needs vs wants.  With 14 kids onsite a pool is to die for
(definately a need), except we don't have the room.
