Cohousing-L Mailing List: Coho communities as corporations

I was wonderng how many of you cohousing communities are considered
corporations (file taxes with Form 1120H) and how you deal with that
designation for utility purposes.  We have realized that, because of our
corporation status, we can be listed as business or residential customers
for utilities - how have other cohousing communities chosen to be listed
with the uitlity companies?
