Retrofit cohousing updates?

Retrofit Cohousing is developed in existing housing by changing the way
the occupants of that housing relate - usually with new occupants moving
in to participate in the community.  Retrofiting the social relations and
not necessarily the structures.  There seems to be some potential for 
lower cost cohousing using this very different approach.

The little web page I maintain about retrofit cohousing at

is due for updates.  Any one have any news?
