Cohousing-L Mailing List: Possible Stockton Cohousing

Recently we at the CoHousing Co. were contacted by a land owner who is
considering selling her property to a potential cohousing group. Over the
next week, we are trying to determine the level of interest in the site.

*The site consists of 3 parcels.
*Each parcel contains a large house and basement.
*Together these parcels measure about 150 by 100 feet, (similar size to
Doyle Street Cohousing in Emeryville, CA).
*The site is 2 blocks East of the Civic Center.
*The lots are surrounded by government and commercial land uses.
*The properties might sell for $900 000

If we do not receive word of interest in these properties soon we will
recommend the property owner sell in the general market. Please reply to me
directly.
