Cohousing-L Mailing List: Means and end

Is there anyone else on this list for whom cohousing is a means rather than
an end?

I'm one of the founding members of the Heart Song Community.  We are a
psychospiritual intentional community that will be located in Santa Fe, NM.
Our purpose (end) is to be a psychospiritual intentional community.

Eventually we will build a residential community.  When we do so, it will be
built based on many of the principles of cohousing.  But cohousing will be
one of our means to develop psychospiritual intentional community, not an
end in itself.

Is anyone else doing anything similar?
