I agree, the "caring family I always wanted" sounds like nobody had a 
good family growing up. But "caring family" is a warm good concept. A 
family of caring neighbors? 

In our ads, I've used "RoseWind Cohousing, Where Neighbors are Friends". 
Where neighbors are caring friends? 

And the simple "Ask me about Cohousing" is effective. I put RoseWind 
Cohousing in my address on my checks, and many store clerks or others who 
handle my checks ask me about it.

Cohousing: A life abundant in meetings! Group dishwashing! Cohousers do 
it consensually... I'd better quit and go to bed.
