Ugh.  What a limited view of family.  That isn't what the Heart Song
Community yearns for, but a more positive vision of family IS what we aspire
to.

I think any word someone chooses will trigger off unpleasant associations in
some people, and in others it will elicit pleasant associations.

Some of the "friends" people I've known have claimed haven't been especially
caring.
