This sounds like advertising for a network marketing company.  If I saw it
and didn't know what Cohousing is, I'd avoid it.  Maybe other people haven't
had as many frustrating experiences with network marketing as I have.

This idea I like a lot.  I can imagine other places to put your community
name to attract interest, too - envelopes, stationery, etc.
