Christine:

You may get more than you bargained for with this inquiry. There is a lot
of expertise out there to draw from.

What you call it (cohousing, hippie commune or whatever) is a lot less
important than how it works. What are you trying to accomplish? If you
know the answer and can remain committed to it, there are lots of people
receiving these emails with the knowledge to help.

Where are you?

Stephan

We are a small two family community on 92 rural acres w/ possible
zoning for 5 homes looking for help creating a financial model and
designing the community can anybody help? We started with 5 home
because the county has a much more rigorous schedule for 5 plus home(
subdivision). Eventually we'd like to have more but the cohousing
term is seen here as the hippie commune thing and we wanted to show
them that this is not what we are!!!!!
