Based on discussions with other groups who were at similar stages in 
formation, the more members you can get down to Berkeley for the North 
American conference this July (especially the Getting-It-Built workshop), 
the faster you'll be able to move forward with a fully educated and 
ready-to-design-the-space-and-build-community critical mass.
