It's fixed! Thanks to the Cohousing Webteam, especially Michael McIntyre 
and Elph Morgan, for the quick fix. Be sure to let them & me (at the 
address raines-TCN [at] raines.com) know if other problems crop up during 
registration. A link for a faxable/mailable version is also provided.

(who heard that cheap airfares to the conference are available on 
Travelocity, especially to San Francisco. From there you can get to the 
conference for $8 on public transit or <$20 by shuttle)
