The teen room at Cambridge Cohousing was never used well by the teens,
probably because parents like me didin't want them to have in it the things
they most wanted: TV, video games, internet and a couch. We only had a
couple of teens and a few tweens when we moved in, and they quickly found
the best teen room was our neighbors basement. We also have a rec room with
a ping pong table, pool table and piano, couches, etc. that they can use to
hang out in too.

The teen room became a music room about 2 years after move in. 'We" parents
of present and future teens reserved the right to revisit the space in the
future, so we will see what happens when our current crop of 6-10 year olds
gets on in a few years.
