Not sure what your question is.   Cambridge Cohousing built a mixture of
twonhouses and flats on 1.5 acres.  We put the parking underground which
left us space for a "great lawn" and play ground, two smaller lawns and
toddler play space, a substantial vegetable garden, flower and herb gardens,
and smaller semiprivate areas for the town houses.
