You asked about retrofitting and what to do if you had to get at pipes.
At CambridgeCoho we retrofitted several unit with Icynene - all that was
involved was a small hole in the wall which was easily patched and painted.
If you need to get at pipes, the stuff cuts with a sharp knife. All in all
it's great stuff and we wish we had known about it before we built!
