i notice that the baffled-sounding question about legal issues comes from 
australia.  i would be surprised if there is *any* correspondence between the 
legal systems of australia and the united states.  we here in the usa generate 
a *lot* of legal claptrap that i have to believe you aussies would just laugh 
at!  (at least, everything seemed much simpler in new zealand when i visited 
there.)  if you're really concerned, ask a lawyer in your own country.  better 
yet, plug in that antipodean 'can do' attitude and just do it!
