Actually there is a size limit on posts to cohousing-L; currently it is
set to 15 Kbytes per message. Ann's message apparently was just under
that limit... Messages that exceed the limit are held for my approval
(as are rejects like messages sent from unsubscribed addresses and a few
other reasons) If I approve a message for posting there is no indication
(generally) of my intervention unlike the with the old listserv. The size
limit has allowed me to catch and prevent a number of messages including
messages with attachments. (Attachments can not presently be rejected
directly.) I have considered lowering the size limit...

The delay when a message is rejected is usually short (a day or less)
unless I'm in the mountains of Wyoming like I have been the last 3 days
(I'm now just below the mountains in Wyoming).

Of course the best way is to keep your posts to the list reasonable in
length and minimize quotes. Ann, I'm sure your post was a mistake.
Don't sweat it; but dont do it again :)
