Hi all, > Sometimes I think pet owners project their own desires onto their pets. And > live vicariously through their pets. Because the owner wants to be free, > they think the cat does too. For what it's worth, I have a cat that refuses to stay inside. To the tune of ripping through screen doors, screens on windows, ripping up carpet in front of closed doors, etc. She's also a serious huntress, though she seems to limit herself to chipmunks and mice in the location we're in now. I do have to say that this thread is making me think seriously on what our community policy ought to be on pets, and whether we ought to decide it sooner than later. (Right now we're a little too busy considering sites!)
