But I think the point was that even though we think we do this, research has shown that we are not as accurate at doing it as we think we are. If we pay attention to the specific words said, we are actually more accurate in interpreting the message. I definitely think this is pertinent to cohousing and specifically to the issue of what works on email and what needs a meeting.
