We have all of our meeting minutes and significant documents like our
roster, and financials, and design docs, uploaded to the files section of
our yahoo groups site, which is available only to members. As soon as
someone becomes a member, they are added to the list and can access the
information. Most of the files are in .pdf and their application format,
since not everyone can access specific application files.

Another great benefit on yahoo groups is the calendar. We have a master
calendar used by all the committees so that we can make sure we don't
schedule conflicting meetings. Most of our committee discussions occur on
bridge calls, because we are very far flung - up to 450 miles difference
during this development stage of our project. We have so many bridge calls
that we have leased a dedicated bridge line, and use the master calendar to
manage the schedule for calls.
