Hi All, I'm very new to cohousing, just getting started in fact. (But computers I've been doing for quite a while.) Although it's traditional in dataprocessing to rotate backups to rewritable media I think that, given rewritable CDs have a limited number of times they can be written, and write-once (CDR) disks so inexpensive I'd choose to keep writing the complete community meeting minutes (and history) to new CDR disks.
