All forms of communication are "flawed" because communication is hard.

Writing is hard. That doesn't mean it is flawed.

Doing _anything_ well is hard.

Communication is a central issue of cohousing because interacting requires
communication. The greater the diversity, the greater the amount of time
needed to clarify meanings and to listen (read). Some people have a hard
time writing; some have a hard time reading. The same people probably don't
talk or listen well either.

Working within one's own community (particularly if it is small) is easier
than here where it is a large group of people who are not in regular
communication with each other. Some of us post a lot but many do not. All
these around-and-arounds we do generally include new voices.

When patience is lacking, hit the delete key.
