I am unclear about the $71,500 figure you posted below. Is that figure from
a study summarizing the actual 'average' costs of cohousing or a compulation
from 'Means'? What I am trying to find out - is what is the average cost of
a cohousing unit (for an average of x sq. ft.) excluding land costs and
infrastructure costs. In other words what does a 1100 sq. ft cohousing unit
actually cost to build? Is that the figure below? - $71,500 (usa) for a
1100 sq. ft. or $65 a sq.ft.
