Cohousing-L Mailing List: fair share of chores

Our community would like to know how other communities deal with situations 
where members cannot do their share of the cooking and other chores because 
of age-related limitations.  We have common meals three times a week. We 
also have a proportionately high number of older members coming along soon. 
We have 14 units. Larger communities would be able to absorb the loss of 
labor more easily I would imagine. We'd love to hear your ideas.
