Does anybody know of a cohousing community that is served by 100%
net-metered solar- generated electricy?

Our Oak Creek Commons cohousing project is in the design phase and there is
a raging controversy over whether we should build a solar electric facility
on our property that will generate enough power to supply 40 homes.  Many of
us feel that is not practical since the chief proponent of this idea
envisions a 120kW facility mounted on a carport-like structure (100' X 160")
located 330 ft from the center of our community.

Whenever we voice our objections, he says that other cohousing groups have
done it and so can we.  But he never gives us the name of any group that has
done it.

So now, I am asking.  Does anyone know of such a facility?
