Hi,
Solterra has 20 beautiful acres in a very desirable location in Durham, North 
Carolina, with 7 acres provided for 40 individual home sites. At this 
writing, 22 houses are complete and occupied, one is almost complete, and one 
is just starting. The common house will be complete by the end of the year. 
The 13 acres of common property includes a large community garden, a 
children's play ground, paths, parking lot, roads, and the common house.
