Cohousing-L Mailing List: Large Unit Sales in Urban coho:Question

Hi everyone!
It's a pretty well-known fact that the large units in urban cohousing
communities are the last to sell out. My question is to the people on this
list who have purchased such a unit (3-bedroom or larger.)  Did you
purchase it because this is what you really wanted and you joined the group
at a later stage of development, or did you purchase it because there was
nothing left and you really wanted to live in cohousing?
