I really appreciate Kay's honesty in describing her feelings when trying
to show folks how to do something.  I, too, often feel the tension between
wanting to share information that I think the group needs to know, and
getting criticized for the way I put it out.  I may not have the best
people skills in the world, but I have noticed that the worst trashing
comes when I say something factually true, but difficult for the group to
hear.
