All "stars," authors, etc. now have web sites - official or unofficial.
Usually they list the person's agent if they are in the category of Matt
Damon but often list an email where you can make contact. There is usually a
middle person who decide if the actor or author wants to see your message
but it is the quickest way to get in touch if it can be done.

Otherwise you have to find someone who knows them personally.
