Actually the design phase may not be over for years. In the middle of the
process there are always design decisions to be made - - not everything can
be decided before hand-- and then changes are necessary for unforeseen
reasons or materials are not available. Or things turn out to be more
expensive than you thought so you have to decide to leave it unfinished
until you can afford it or make do or ......

We were all moved in almost a year past our expected move in and have been
moved in for a year. Our design phase is not complete yet.

Today we are talking about more bulletin boards, an issue since any more
boards means changing the look and feel of things -- no more blank wall sin
key spots.
