Actually the design phase may not be over for years. In the middle of the process there are always design decisions to be made - - not everything can be decided before hand-- and then changes are necessary for unforeseen reasons or materials are not available. Or things turn out to be more expensive than you thought so you have to decide to leave it unfinished until you can afford it or make do or ...... We were all moved in almost a year past our expected move in and have been moved in for a year. Our design phase is not complete yet. Today we are talking about more bulletin boards, an issue since any more boards means changing the look and feel of things -- no more blank wall sin key spots.
