Dear Friends of Cohousing,

The Cohousing Network is looking for a part-time, Membership Liaison to
work with the Network beginning the middle of January.

At this time, the position is on a contract basis, takes a maximum of 30
hours per month at a rate of $12 per hour.

The Responsibilities include:
1  Printing and mailing out monthly membership renewal notices.
2. Sending out new member packets.
3. Responding to request for labels from our database.
4. Dealing with a small variety of special requests from our members.
5. Keeping the TCN Database updated with new names, address changes and
   other member infomation

The qualifications are:

1. Owning or having ongoing access to a computer with dependable internet
   access and a printer.
2. A basic familiarity with Filemaker Pro. Pagemaker
   would be an added bonus.
3. Ability to work primarily unsupervised.
4. Understanding of cohousing and to talk with members with a customer
   service orientation.
5. Willingness to commit to the position for a minimum of six months
