Hmm... I have seen so many conflicts get worse when handled over email.
I am very reluctant to use email for discussing emotional issues.  As much
as I enjoy email, it's easy to be misunderstood or fail to convey feelings
accurately.  People are much more likely to be sensitive to others' needs
in a face-to-face setting.
