This strikes me as classist. Thank you to the person who posted a message that details the wonderful work being done in Asheville, NC where this very issue seems to be addressed in a way that is beneficial to all involved. From what I read the participants in that project are all more than willing to be dedicated & work towards their goals of private homeownership within the construct of an intentional community.
