Hi,  I strongly second Mark's comments, particularly the part about you
not giving nearly enough information for very useful responses and his
pointing out that there are various different entities responsible for
your over-runs and you need to identify them as much as possible.  You
definitely should have had some warning of these over-runs and some
opportunity to ameliorate them ahead of time.  It is quite likely that
you will need legal help to protect your interests unless the total
amount is relatively small.  Just because over-runs are common, does not
necessarily mean that they are legitimate.   Don, Sonora Cohousing
