Please pass this invitation on to anyone you think might be interested
in Cohousing in South Sonoma County (California Bay Area)!

STATUS UPDATE:  We have completed design work and entitlement
approvals for our development of 30 homes on 2.34 acres in downtown
Cotati.  We are negotiating with contractors and completing
construction documents, in preparation for groundbreaking in May
2002.  We received final design review approval from the City of Cotati
on February 21.

We are currently 28 full member and 3 waiting list member households.
A few memberships are available now.  If you would like to be in on
the creation of an exciting community, we would be happy to talk with
you about what it takes to join us.

Our next orientation will be Sunday, April 7, at 4:00 p.m. in
Sebastopol, followed by a potluck dinner at 6:00.  
In addition to some food to share (we don't coordinate
offerings), please bring your own dishes, utensils, cups and serving
implements and plan to wash them when you get home (bringing them in a
plastic bag works great). PLEASE RSVP by leaving a
