There was a lot of good discussion, but I didn't see this one: Start
simply. We tried using 5 colors right from the start in one group, and
found it very confusing - everyone had to scramble and refer to the color
code every time they wanted to say something. We tried again with just 3
colors, Red, Yellow, and Green, and it was a hit. Those cards are pretty
intuitive. As we gained experience, everyone quickly discovered that the
3 cards didn't cover everything they wanted, so Blue and Orange joined the
list.
