Break out the popcorn!  The long awaited episode #802 of Dream Builders on
HGTV will air this Sat. April 13 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern.  The segment features
Takoma Village Cohousing here in Washington, DC along with custom homes in
Elitch Gardens by Wonderland Custom Builders in Denver, CO.  Wonderland also
has a cohousing community in this same development but its unclear from the
HGTV website if it will be featured or not.
