Cohousing-L Mailing List: organizing manuals.

Hi, Has any group put together an organizing manual? A glorified 

homeowner's manual that includes information about the proposal 

process, the process someone needs to know in order to landscape, or 

put a proposal to the group.  What a new homeowner needs to know 

about cohousing?  I would be interested in getting a copy of the 

manual, even to borrow one, get a description, ideas about one.
