There is a privately owned house for rent soon, adjacent to Pinakarri
Co-op, near Fremantle, Western Australia.  Pinakarri is an urban
intentional community living in and around a mixed equity cohousing
co-op.  Departing tenants are people who practise living more
sustainably and enjoyed the ambience of their community orientated
neighbours.

The house is a simple two & half bedroom weatherboard house, wooden
floors on a spacious corner block.  There are plenty of trees, mostly
native, a big mulberry and a couple of frog ponds.
