Hi all,

I am a member of Ulster County Cohousing (NY) and have two questions to answer 
out for our business plan. Perhaps you can help.(we have not broken ground as 
yet, but do own 55 acres of farm land)

1) what percentage of units are typically sold in 1-3 years after construction?

2) do most cohousing communities have waiting lists?
