LIVE IN A COHOUSING VILLAGE

WELCOME, COHOUSERS!  Manzanita Village of Prescott, AZ is offering a totally 
furnished studio unit (the lower level of a Model B home) available for 
weekly or monthly rental between now and the end of the year. This lovely 
space will accommodate singles or couples (one double bed) and includes 
local telephone, cable access channels, Internet connection and all 
utilities.

The purpose of this offer is to give those seriously interested in becoming 
members of Manzanita Village a first hand experience in the community.  We 
invite you to come and learn about Cohousing and Prescott before eventually 
purchasing a home or building on one of our remaining eight lots. Requests 
for reservations must be accompanied by one week'?s pre-payment.  If a 
cancellation becomes necessary and we are informed two weeks in advance of a 
scheduled stay, the pre-payment will be refunded.  Check In will be 4:00 PM 
Friday and Check Out will be 11:00 AM the following Friday.

Don?t miss this opportunity to live in a marvelous mountainside setting with 
outstanding sunsets and gloriously fresh mountain air, meet members of the 
Manzanita Village community, participate in village activities, share in 
common meals, observe community meetings, and enjoy yoga or Pilates classes 
or book discussions. We look forward to sharing life with you here in
