One of the big draws that cohousing has for me is the similarity to village life. Part of the village life for me is to live and work in the same place. I would hope that the community would support that by occasional use (rent) of the common house. Occasional can be defined by consensus. Aren't we trying to get back to community life? And away from the conditions we are in now. So let us all closely examine what we do with this issue. Tim PS. When you start not allowing activities because you do not agree with their politics we might just as well be living in Iraq.
