Are your units full houses? Lot model?

I was thinking of smaller units -- like the two family houses in some
projects. Upstairs apartments, etc.

We currently have a 21 year old au pair whose sister just came over, age 14.
It's fun having them in the commonhouse and sunbathing on the piazza. The
next up in age is about 33 or 34.
