>Are your units full houses? Lot model? All our homes in attached buildings (with the exclusion of the original building which came with the site), 4 or 3 units per building. The small rental is a one bedroom, not quite 700 sf. The other is a two bedroom, about 1100 sf plus a basement. The legal model is that of townhomes, so all houses have small back-yards. Both are not cheap to rent (in Tucson terms). They might sound like a steal from someone from DC or the Bay Area, but one needs to remember that Tucson wages are appallingly low.
