No, my understanding is that certain people cannot tolerate ANY increase in expenses, whether it be a one-time assessment or a $50 per month increase in fees. We don't have any community-owned rental units. We would rent out the guest rooms in the common house basement, but they're part of what hasn't been finished yet. :-) :-( Howard A.
