Cohousing-L Mailing List: Function of Board of Homeowners Association

Milagro is not quite half occupied and built at this time.  Legally in
Arizona we must have a Board of the Homeowners Association.  Ours is set
up to contain 5 members.  What duties is your  Board responsible for?Does
it meet regularly or does the Community meet and make decisiionsregularly
allowing the Board to have a legal but non active role?
