Hi folks,
I'm from Takoma Village Cohousing in Washington, DC.
I just joined the list (hi everyone).  For anyone who
plans to visit DC in the near future, this is a posting
of the availability of my unit for rental. Short-term
preferred but long-term is also a possibility.  There
are two rooms available.

Room in furnished 2 BR apartment, available July 20, in 
1 year old cohousing development.  Safe, friendly environment. 
Non-smoker, no pets.  Central air, private bath; high 
speed internet; share kitchen, LR, and deck; washer, dryer, 
and dishwasher in unit; first floor, opens on to courtyard.  
Common facilities include hot tub, exercise and weight room, 
music room, woodshop, large common room and kitchen, access 
to copier.  Location is unmatched:  1 block to Takoma Metro, 4
blocks to downtown Takoma Park.  Takoma Park is a delightful, 
eclectic, artsy, livable town, with a farmer's market each
Sunday, and a diverse collection of excellent restaurants, 
small shops, and community activities (and activists!)
