Schwarz's book is solid and is a standard in the field for corporate
facilitation, but i think the dry and analytical style makes it not the
best choice for newcomers or people who want to use facilitation skills but
aren't wholly focused on facilitation as professionals.

The resources section of my website includes two pages about books. One
page, at http://www.efn.org/~bressen/resources/C1-resources.html, is a
simple list with one-sentence descriptions. The other page, at
http://www.efn.org/~bressen/resources/C2-literature_review.html, is a
longer article with about a paragraph on each book. Both pages include
links and ordering information for all the books.

Cheers,
