Hello, 

We are a group of about 5 house holds in Corvallis, Oregon.  We are at the
point of seeking land and soon ( in about a month) to start serious
marketing.  In preparation for this we are getting our membership policy
and application firmed up (well many things firmed up - but my part to
do!).  I am wondering if folks from other cohousing communities would be
willing to get me a copy of their membership policy and applications (and
of course anything else you believe would be helpful to us!)  Hopefully
this is an easy process and could be emailed!  I have been reading the
archives around membership and fees.  Good info.  If anyone has pearls of
wisdom about Structuring the membership fee so that it entails a serious
commitment and provides adequate working capital...but still available to
low-income families it would be greatly appreciated!
