Median home price in this county is $396K -- that's Alameda County, CA,
across the bay from SF whose median home price is something like $550K.

Wow!!!  How easy is $370,000 for a 2 bedroom!!!!  I notice on the web site
(Swan's) mention of the partners experience in affordable housing.....and
that there are "rental" neighbours?  Are the rentals affordable?
