Hello fellow co-housers

My name is Jennifer and I'm part of a group in the 
Arcata/Eureka area that is working on putting together 
another co-housing community here. We have been doing 
research and attempting to figure many complicated 
issues out :) I would like to ask for your help (please 
send information to me personally at jle7001 [at] att.net, 
rather than replying to the whole list). If groups could 
please send us your by-laws/articles of incorporation as 
well as your codes, covenants and restrictions (cc&r's). 
We've seen many mission statements (and have developed 
one ourselves) but not the documents that really lay out 
structure, guides, expectations, etc. Looking at how 
different groups have organized themselves in the 
specifics would be very helpful. Thank you for your
